License Granted to Buyers

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Products for your own personal, non-commercial health insurance appeal purposes.

You MAY:

  • Download and use the Products for your own insurance appeal
  • Print the documents for personal use
  • Fill in the fillable fields for your personal appeal documents
  • Share access with an immediate family member for the same appeal matter

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute our Products to any third party
  • Publish or reproduce our content on any website, blog, or platform
  • Share our Products in online communities, forums, or file-sharing services
  • Use our Products to provide services to clients (commercial use)
  • Use our Products to develop competing products, services, or AI training data
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our brand name or trademarks without written permission

Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action for damages including statutory copyright damages.

DMCA Notice — Reporting Copyright Infringement

Reporting Unauthorized Distribution of Our Products

If you discover our Products being distributed without authorization (e.g., on file-sharing sites, Reddit, Telegram groups, etc.), please report it to support@coveragewon.com. We actively monitor for and take action against unauthorized distribution.
